TBA - Mandatory Recital Packet Meetings (Each family participating in recital must have the person in charge of helping his or her dancers at the theatre present at one of these meetings. You will be given more than one date/time option. These may take place in April. Stay tuned for updates.)

4 - Dancing with the Stars of Southeast Texas

14-17 - No dance classes (Studio Spring Break)

20 - April tuition due

21-24 - A/B Swap Week & Free Dress Week (Last one for the season) *Some recital packet informational sections will be posted to the website starting this week through the end of March.

25-27 - Groove Houston (AGE)

28 - 2022-2023 AGE Invitation Responses Due to Office & Ashland’s Cup Registration Deadline

31 - Recital Program Ad Submission Deadline & Graduating Senior Pics (2) & Information Due to Office & Via Ad E-mail (ashlandsads@gmail.com)

 

APRIL

TBA - We will be utilizing some Fridays, Saturdays &/or Sunday afternoons to rehearse in April for all classes-Schedules TBA as we see what is needed. The mandatory recital packet meetings may be held this month. (Your May tuition covers the cost of any additional rehearsals held in April & at the theatre.) You will also be able to purchase recital tickets before the general public during this month. Recital Picture/Pre-Registration Day will also be during our modified schedule as seen below.

8-10 - Ashland’s Cup Weekend (All Studio/TBA)

11 - Recital Shirt Orders due to office

13 - May tuition & final balance payments due (Balance for year must be PIF to receive costumes.)

14-15 - Studio Closed (Holy Thursday/Good Friday)

18-21 - A/B Swap Week (Continued)

22 - Arc Style Show (AGE)

23 (Date Not Confirmed) - Harbor Butterfly Release (AGE)

25 - Last Regular Class Day

26-30 - Recital Prep/Modified Schedule at the Studio (Replaces regular class schedules)

28 - Deadline for Ashland’s Cup Scholarship Applications

 

MAY

1-20 - Recital Prep/Modified Schedule at the Studio

2 - Pre-Registration for Current Students Opens/Summer Registration for All Opens

21-22 -  Recital rehearsals and performances at the Julie Rogers Theatre (Keep ALL days free…specific times TBA)

After Recital - Fall Registration Opens for New Students

TBA - Senior Treat with Miss A (could pick another month)
